Brad, Angelina visit Jaipur
But persons who helped organise the visit claim that Pitt went to a palace in the city to shoot a commercial for a Japanese product.
The couple stayed at the Oberoi Rajvilas Hotel, where the entry of mediapersons was restricted.
According to a travel agent, who arranged transport for the stars and their crew, Jolie stayed in the hotel while Pitt shot for the ad. The sources said one of the courtyards of the nearly 200-year-old fort was used as a market place.
The couple is scheduled to leave Jaipur late in the evening by a chartered flight, police sources said.
Pitt and Jolie arrived in India recently to shoot for A Mighty Heart in Pune, after the movie crew decided not to film in Karachi for security reasons. The film is based on the abduction and killing of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in Pakistan.
